Colliding aurorae
That's right. Colliding aurorae. As in, stream of charged particles trapped in the Earth's atmosphere colliding together. And people caught it on video. Watch here! I personally think that is really awesome.

Antarctic Webcam

Video of Cargo Ship leaving International Space Station
Yesterday, one of ESA's automated Jules Verne cargo ships which bring supplies to the International Space Station undocked from the Space Station to "return" to Earth (read: burn up in the Earth's atmosphere, this particular kind is not reusable). The video of this undocking procedure is available here. Hope you enjoy!

Neat Movie of the Moon transitting the Earth
NASA's Deep Impact spacecraft, on its way to its rendezvous with Comet Hartley 2, recently filmed this video of the Moon "transiting" the Earth - essentially passing between the Earth and this spacecraft, absorbing some of the light being emitted by the Earth. This technique has proven invaluable in detecting and studying planets orbiting other stars, and in fact Deep Impact is currently looking for an Earth-size transiting planet around red dwarf GJ436, as part of the EPOCh project.
